I’m a project lead with over two decades of experience in delivering complex work across global agencies, charities and fast‑moving organisations. My background spans strategic planning, hands‑on delivery and stakeholder engagement – experience that helps me move without fuss between big‑picture direction and day‑to‑day execution.
I’ve led global programmes that need to land locally, aligning clients, teams, markets and partners around clear priorities and practical delivery. Recently, I’ve been working with Guideposts Trust to shape strategy, strengthen narrative and support cross‑team delivery, helping the organisation move forward with confidence and cohesion.
